Auto Spa Ste-Julie limits the collection of personal information to what is required to respond to inquiries, manage appointments, provide services and administer the Gold membership program.
Contact forms and quote requests
When you submit a form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, vehicle information and the contents of your request. We use this information to respond, prepare an estimate and follow up on the requested service.
Bookings and service records
Booking data may include the selected service, appointment date and time, contact details, vehicle information, appointment notes and service history. Our booking calendars operate with GoHighLevel, which processes the information required to manage appointments.
Text messages and consent
We send text messages only when you have provided valid consent or when permitted by law, including appointment confirmations and reminders. Consent to promotional messages is never a condition of purchase. You may withdraw consent by replying STOP to a message or by contacting us. Message and data rates may apply.
Analytics, tracking and cookies
The site may use cookies and Base44 platform analytics to measure usage, diagnose problems and improve the experience. We limit collection to what is required for these purposes. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel are not currently installed on the site.
Advertising and pixels
No Meta or Google advertising pixel is currently active. If an advertising tool is added, this policy will be updated and any required consent controls will be presented before non-essential cookies are activated.
Stripe payment processing
Gold membership payments are processed by Stripe. Card information is entered and processed in Stripe’s secure environment; Auto Spa Ste-Julie does not receive or retain your complete card number or security code. Stripe may process data according to its own privacy policy.
Data retention
Contact and quote requests are retained for up to 24 months after the last exchange. Booking and service records are retained for up to 36 months after the last service, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. Evidence of text-message consent is retained for the duration of the consent and up to 3 years after withdrawal. Analytics identifiers are retained for up to 14 months. Payment, billing and tax records may be retained for up to 7 years. Information may be retained longer when required by law, litigation or a security obligation.
Your rights
You may request access to or correction of your information, deletion where permitted by law, withdrawal of consent, portability of eligible computerized information and details about how your information is used. You may also opt out of promotional communications and file a complaint with Québec’s Commission d’accès à l’information. To exercise a right, email info@autospastejulie.ca or call (514) 269-1826.
